I’m ready for this year to start making some turns. But, one thing we can be excited about is a new pen from Will at Tactile Turn.

New, higher cocoa content single plantation chocolate bars and a classic make-over with single origin cocoa, to two of their most popular chocolate bars, made for a very exciting delivery last week from Michel Cluizel.
Mangaro.
TheirMangaro single plantation dark chocolate bar now has an increased cocoa content of 71%; made with Trinitario cocoa from the Madagascan, Mangaro estate.
Tasting Notes: A fine chocolate bar offering a well balanced and exotic flavour profile of citrus fruits with an underlying edge of ginger & pepper, adding depth and character. Soya free. Made with just Cocoa, sugar and cocoa butter.
Mokaya.
This single estate dark chocolate bar is created from Trinitario cocoa beans from the Mokaya estate in Mexico. With its new, higher cocoa content of 75%, this extra fine dark chocolate bar is both Organic and Soya free.
Tasting Notes: A beautiful example of the Cacaofevier's (bean to bar maker) art. The Mokaya bar holds notes of honey roasted nuts and exotic fruits, with a perfumed character and little acidity.
El Jardin.
From the El Jardin> plantation is Colombia, a beautifully crafted single plantation dark chocolate bar. A new higher cocoa content of 75%, adds even more character to full flavoured, flavour profile. Soya free.
Tasting Notes: Notes of honey, red berries and caramel with both a roasted & peppery finish. Great length of flavour.
And the surprises didn't stop there. Also included were 3 well loved classic chocolate bars with a new twist, and that doesn't include the new bar wrappers.
Cluizel have taken Grand Cru cocoas and made something very special. Like the new Ecorces D'orange dark chocolate bar, made with Grand Cru Guayas cocoa from Ecuador. Elegant, light and woody. Fruity hints further enhanced by the addition of bittersweet orange peel. Soya lecithin free and suitable for vegetarians, with a 70% cocoa content provided by fine Ecuadorian cocoa.
Another popular combination; coffee and chocolate, has been skillfully combined in Cluizels' new Cafe Grand Cru dark chocolate bar. Single origin cocoa from Guayas in Ecuador, blended with Mexican Chiapas coffee. Certified organic dark chocolate that is also soya lecithin free and suitable for vegetarians.
The last wonderful surprise was their new Kayambe Grand Ivoire, white chocolate bar, made using superior quality, fine flavour cocoa butter from central America, Africa and Java & Bourbon vanilla pod. With its notes of buttery cake, vanilla custard, milk and caramel. Soya lecithin free and suitable for vegetarians. This wonderfully rich white chocolate bar has a cocoa content of 36%.
